Technical Customer Support
Ahola Digital is looking for a Technical Customer Support agent.
As a first-level Technical Customer Support agent, your primary responsibility is to address and resolve customer inquiries. Your duties will include debugging, identifying, and analysing the root causes of issues and actively participating in software quality assurance activities. In this dynamic role, you will collaborate with the development and SecDevOps teams and work with diverse cloud environments, such as Google Cloud and Hetzner Cloud.
To excel in this position, you must possess a strong sense of curiosity, a passion for problem-solving, a desire to improve your skills continuously, and a willingness to embrace new technologies. Maintaining a professional demeanour while working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrating a commitment to providing high-quality support to Ahola Digital’s valued customers is essential.
We are seeking someone with a basic or advanced understanding of software development who also potentially has code understanding skills, whether professionally or as a hobby.
The candidate should have full professional proficiency in Finnish and good communication skills in English- both written and spoken. Proficiency in Swedish is considered a merit.
